Start A Red Hat Workout Plan

If you want to stay active and spend time with you Red Hat sisters, a workout plan is the perfect way to do it. Just put on those tennis shoes, purple pants, a red hat t-shirt, and begin your routine.

There are many activities that can be included in your plan. Meet with your Red Hat sisters every morning at a certain time, and take a walk through a local park. If it's bit chilly in the morning, flaunt your Red Hat pride and throw on a gorgeous, purple sweatshirt. If you prefer a more rigorous routine, plan 30 minutes of cardio and some weight training, or get your ladies to sign up for a gym membership. Stay in shape and spread the word of your chapter by wearing a comfortable Red Hat t-shirt.
