The Red Hat Society began in the United States with only a few members but has caught the interest of women all over the world. The Red Hatters have internationally spread their whimsical ways, plus their red hats and purple outfits, and they now have chapters in England, Japan, and Canada. The Queen Mother of the Red Hat Society's fondest hope was that this group would grow significantly. Since its creation several years ago in Fullerton, CA, the Red Hat Society has grown to more than 40,000 chapters world wide and is flourishing with more humorous and radiant members than ever.
