What's better with after-dinner coffee than a coffee brownie?
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and blend well. Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Cool and add to the butter mixture. Add the salt, baking powder, and flour and blend well. Slowly add the Kahlúa. Spoon into a greased 9-inch square pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush with additional Kahlúa.
