Q: How do your clothing sizes run? Is there a size chart?
A: Our sizing chart is located below. It is a rough estimate of how our clothing runs. Please keep in mind that we purchase our clothing from several different manufacturers, and each may run differently than the next. Our purple t-shirts, for example, are made from heavyweight cotton and have a more generous fit.
Q: Do your hats come in sizes?
A: Our hats are considered one size fits most. If you don't normally have problems with hats fitting your head, our one size fits most should work just fine for you. If you have a smaller head, check out our Hat Adjuster. It is available to purchase for only $2.25 and can be attached to the inside of a hat for a snugger fit.
Q: Is your web site secure?
A: Yes. Transactions are protected through the use of a 128-bit encrypted secure connection between your computer and our web site. You can be sure that when you place an order on our web site, your private information is safe. Q: I'm having trouble ordering online. What can I do?
A: To place your order online, first choose the item(s) you would like to purchase from our site and click the Add to Cart button. Once you are finished choosing products, use the Shipping Rates drop-down box to choose your shipping option (Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day) and if you are a new customer, click the Proceed to Checkout button below. If you are a returning customer, enter your e-mail address and password and click Login. The next screen will have you fill out your billing and shipping address(es) and credit card information. Q: Can I pay by check or money order?
A: Yes. You are able to pay by check or money order by using our mail order form. Just print it, fill it out, and mail it to us.
Q: Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or doesn't suit me?
A: Yes. Just follow the instructions on the invoice you received with your package and ship it back to us within 30 days for a refund. For more information, please read our Shipping / Returns policy.
Q: When will I get my package?
A: In-stock items will leave our warehouse either the same or next business day ( Monday through Thursday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Standard/Daylight Time) from when you place your order. If you choose an expedited shipping option (Second Day or Next Day) and you place your order by 2 pm Eastern Standard/Daylight Time Monday through Thursday, your package will leave our warehouse the same day you placed your order. Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, the length of time it will take to reach its destination depends on where the package is going. All packages ship from Michigan, so Ground shipments destined for the Midwest generally arrive in 1-3 business days, East Coast usually takes 2-4 business days and everywhere else is approximately 3-7 business days. Q: Do you ship to Canada or Internationally? How much is it? How long does it take?
A: Yes, we do ship to Canada and internationally. Choose your Country from the drop-down box when filling out your billing/shipping information and the appropriate fields will be shown for your address. For more information on shipping charges, please read our Shipping / Returns policy. It is hard to give exact delivery times, but it generally takes 1-2 weeks.
Q: What is a promotion code? How do I get one?
A: A promotion code is a combination of letters and/or numbers that may be entered online during checkout or given to a customer service representative over the phone that allows you to receive a discount on your order. Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
A: The tax rate you are charged is based on where your order is being shipped to. We charge sales tax on orders shipping to locations in Michigan, because we are located in Michigan. The sales tax rate for the state of Michigan is 6%. Orders that are being shipped to any other destination than Michigan are not taxed, even if the billing address is located in Michigan.
