Red Velvet Top Hat February 16, 2012 Reviewer: Heather Lemmon from Nova Scotia,Canada   This is a wonderful ,fun hat that will make you feel special. It is quite large but I was able to fix it with weather stripping attached to the inside band. I will be wearing it to my chapter's 7th birthday party on Feb.17th. This is a "must have" hat.
