Mini Hat Whimsy February 23, 2013 Reviewer: Marilyn Renter from Rosedale, B.C., Canad   Although I haven`t worn this hat yet, I plan on wearing it this Tuesday to our monthly luncheon.  I plan on adding some purple netting to it and some other purple do-dads to it.  Love it.
